You paste a script or type a topic. StrokeVideo writes the narration if you did not, cuts it into boards of one idea each, illustrates every board for its sentences, narrates it in one of 15 languages, and traces each stroke in sync with the voice. The result is an MP4 at 1200×800 (3:2), 1920×1080 (16:9) or 1080×1920 (vertical 9:16), with no watermark on any plan. Free videos end with a 2-second StrokeVideo card; members' videos don't.
1 video a day per account, up to 2 minutes long, every style, every language, downloadable as MP4, no watermark, no credit card. There is no separate trial export; the free video comes from the same pipeline paid users get, and it ends with a 2-second StrokeVideo card.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans, each dropping a fixed number of minutes into the account at the start of every period and renewing until cancelled. Videos are charged by their finished length, rounded up to the second. Minutes never expire and unused ones stack up, including after cancellation. Failed renders are not charged. Doodly, VideoScribe, Animaker and Powtoon animate assets you place on a timeline. StrokeVideo generates the illustration for each board of your specific script and computes the drawing timing from the narration's word timestamps, so nothing is dragged or timed by hand. The trade-off is that you edit the script and storyboard as text rather than moving elements.

People decide what the product does, write the rules the storyboarder follows, read user ratings and every failed video each day, and answer support email and chat; paid services are provided through WHALEPLUS PTE. The AI writes the narration when you ask it to, splits it into boards, illustrates each board, voices it and times every stroke to the words. People built the drawing engine and the styles, set the rules for how boards are planned, review the daily ratings and failures, and fix what goes wrong. Your video itself is not retouched by hand: what you download is what the system made from your words.
As of October 2026, more than 30,000 videos have been made with StrokeVideo by more than 16,000 people, narrated in 15 languages.
