Paid plans and minutes packs are sold by WHALEPLUS PTE. LTD. (Singapore) and its authorised distributor Waffo.com Limited. Payments are processed by Waffo.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any charge, whether it is a plan period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) or a minutes pack, as long as the minutes added by that charge have not been used on finished videos. If some of those minutes have been used, contact us and we will look at your case; we may refund the unused part.
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and minutes already on your account do not expire.
Email support@strokevideo.com from the address on your account with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If a video fails to render, no minutes are taken, so there is nothing to refund.
