These terms govern your use of StrokeVideo at strokevideo.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by StrokeVideo; paid minutes are sold by WHALEPLUS PTE. LTD., 71 UBI ROAD 1, #08-34, OXLEY BIZHUB, SINGAPORE 408732, and by Waffo.com Limited, RM 1903, 19/F Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, an authorised distributor of our products.
StrokeVideo turns a topic, brief or script into a narrated whiteboard video using AI models. Output is produced automatically and may contain mistakes in facts, drawings or pronunciation; review every video before publishing it or using it in teaching, marketing or assessment.
You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and at least 18 to buy minutes. One person, one account; we may merge or close duplicate accounts.
Do not use the service to produce unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual or harmful content, or content that impersonates a real person or organisation. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits or access other users' data. Automated or bulk generation beyond normal personal, classroom or business use requires our prior written consent.
You keep the rights to the text you submit. Videos you generate may be used for personal, educational and commercial purposes, including on monetised channels. You grant us a licence to store and process your inputs and outputs in order to provide the service, and to show a video publicly only if you choose to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Every account can render one free video a day within the published length limit. Additional videos are paid with minute packs bought on the pricing page. Packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and never renew by themselves. Each finished video deducts its length from your balance, rounded up to the second; failed renders are not charged. Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo; the charge appears on your statement as Waffo * StrokeVideo.
An unused pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase on request to support, quoting the order number. Once any minutes from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable, but the remaining minutes stay on your account with no expiry. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first: we resolve billing questions within two business days, faster than a bank dispute.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If we discontinue paid features, unused purchased minutes will be refunded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
