StrokeVideo (strokevideo.com, "we", "us") is an AI whiteboard-explainer-video service. Paid features are sold and processed by WHALEPLUS PTE. LTD., 71 UBI ROAD 1, #08-34, OXLEY BIZHUB, SINGAPORE 408732, and by Waffo.com Limited, RM 1903, 19/F Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, an authorised distributor of our products. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier, and we store them to identify your account. Content you create: the topics, briefs and scripts you submit, the narration and boards generated from them, and the finished videos, so that you can come back to your work. Feedback you leave on a video. Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and to keep the service running. Payment data: when you buy minutes, the payment processor tells us the order id, the pack, the amount and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your card number.
To operate the service: sign you in, generate your videos, keep your library, credit purchased minutes. To answer support requests and handle refunds. To improve the product and prevent abuse, for example spotting scripted bulk submissions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your prompts, scripts or videos to train third-party AI models.
If you sign in with Google we access only your basic profile (name, email, picture, account id) to create and identify your account. We do not request access to any other Google service or data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Video generation uses AI model providers acting as processors on our behalf; your text is sent to them solely to write the narration and draw the boards, and narration audio is produced by a text-to-speech provider. Payments are processed by Waffo (WHALEPLUS PTE. LTD. and Waffo.com Limited), which handles your card details under its own privacy policy. Hosting and network delivery are provided by our infrastructure vendors, including Cloudflare.
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not show ads. Page views are counted on our own servers with a hash that rotates every day and stores no raw IP address, so visits cannot be linked to you or across days. When you first arrive we remember, in your browser only, which site or assistant sent you, so we can tell where our users come from.
Your account and library are kept while your account is active. Generated videos and their boards may be removed from our servers after a period of inactivity; download anything you want to keep. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support; we delete the account and its content within 30 days of a verified request. Order records required for accounting and dispute handling are kept as long as the law requires.
The service is intended for adults and for students aged 13 and over working with a teacher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced on the site.
