Every account can render one free video a day, up to 10 minutes long, with every style, every language and the guided-tour picture mode. It downloads as an MP4 with no watermark; there is no trial export and no logo on any plan.
Minutes are sold in packs and charged by the length of each finished video, so a channel that publishes weekly and a company that makes four videos a year do not pay the same subscription.
Script writing, storyboarding, hand-drawn boards, narration in fourteen languages, director notes and the stroke-by-stroke render. Failed renders are not charged.

Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase: email support with the order number. Once minutes from a pack have been spent on finished videos, the pack is no longer refundable, but the remaining minutes stay on your account. Failed renders never consume minutes. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
