The writer is a language model. It is good at structure and plain explanation, and it can still get a fact backwards. Our leap-year sample shows it: written from the single line "Why do we have leap years?", the draft said that without leap days spring would arrive earlier on the calendar. It would arrive later, by about a day every four years. We fixed that one sentence in review and drew the rest exactly as written.
