One circular star map fills the board. As the narration introduces the Azure Dragon of the East, its seven mansions appear in sequence; then the Vermilion Bird, the White Tiger and the Black Tortoise. Each constellation is drawn when it is named, so by the end the viewer has watched the entire sky assembled in the traditional order.
