Two reasons come up. The first is the watermark: Renderforest's own help pages say its videos come with a watermark and that you need a paid plan to remove it. The second is fit: the whiteboard tool works by picking ready-made scenes from a library, so the video can only show what somebody already drew.

When the scene you need is not in the library. A whiteboard explainer about your own product, your own process or a specific lesson needs pictures of that thing, and a scene pack cannot supply them. You end up choosing the nearest scene and editing the text around it.
Every board is an illustration generated for the sentence spoken over it, then traced stroke by stroke in time with the narration.
